Key Responsibilities
- – Spearhead partner integration projects from initial analysis through design, implementation, and post-launch monitoring
- – Provide comprehensive technical guidance on the Thunes platform integration process
- – Develop and implement optimization strategies that benefit both customers and Thunes
- – Facilitate collaboration between sales, support, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements
- – Manage technical resource allocation and commitment from customers
- – Drive continuous improvement initiatives for internal systems and processes
- – Conduct technical training sessions for sales team members
- – Create and maintain detailed documentation of partner configurations and technical specifications
- – Adapt to various time zones and occasional international travel requirements
Required Qualifications
- – Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- – Minimum 3 years’ experience managing partner integration projects
- – Strong background in Fintech, Ecommerce, or Payment systems
- – Technical proficiency in RestAPI, JSON, and XML
- – Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business discussions
- – Proven track record of leadership in project management
- – Strong organizational and presentation abilities
- – Experience working with globally distributed teams
- – Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- – Proficiency in French and local African languages
- – Experience with payment gateway integrations
- – Knowledge of international banking systems
- – Agile project management certification
- – Experience with cross-border payment solutions
Technical Competencies
