Role Purpose

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will work as part of the site-based Facilities Management team, acting as the first point of contact for all staff, contractors, and visitors attending the site. You will welcome them, assist in checking them in/directing them to events/meetings, and ensure a seamless experience. This role is ideal for an individual with front-of-house management experience looking for the next step in their career in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment that is rapidly expanding.

What this job involves

  • Greet all those entering the building warmly, professionally, and politely
  • Answer the main incoming phone line and direct calls internally whenever possible
  • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
  • Assist with training existing staff and new hires
  • Coordinate internal meetings and support the JLL Events Coordinator
  • Input data for prep-lists for events, travel bookings, etc.
  • Record and enter data for guests/contractors attending the site
  • General office duties and other tasks as assigned by Management
  • Support building tours for VIP guests on-site

  • Proficient computer skills
