Jubilee Insurance is seeking a dynamic Sales Training and Recruitment Executive to join their team at Jubilee Health Insurance Limited. Based at their Nairobi headquarters, this strategic role reports directly to the General Manager of Retail & SME Sales.

Role Purpose

The position holder will drive excellence in sales performance through comprehensive training programs while building a robust sales force through strategic recruitment. This role is crucial in shaping the future of Jubilee’s sales capabilities and maintaining their market leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

  • – Design and implement comprehensive sales training strategies
  • – Create innovative recruitment frameworks to attract top sales talent

Training Program Management

  • – Design and deliver cutting-edge sales training programs

  • – Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness

Recruitment and Talent Management

Required Qualifications

Education

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • – Professional Insurance Qualification
  • – Additional certifications in sales training or recruitment (advantage)

Experience

  • – 3-5 years in sales training or recruitment
  • – Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred
  • – Proven track record in developing successful sales teams
  • – Experience in implementing training programs
  • – Background in performance management
